Eczema foodborne

All foods can cause food allergy,
but several mechanisms may be involved, a true allergy or by sudden release of
histamines, either by direct action on some cutaneous receptors.
The foods most frequently involved
are:
Fish, shellfish, strawberries, egg
white, chocolate, fermented cheese, sauerkraut, sausages, canned fish, smoked
fish, white wine, food additives, dyes in particular.
TREATMENT
Note all foods and beverages in the
week before the onset of eczema, repeat this process three or four times, which
allows to identify the elimination or food involved, and of course to avoid
thereafter.
Local treatment is that of eczema.
The general treatment will be,
according to the doctor's recommendations, to take allergy medications and
antihistamines.
