Patients' rights
Disclosure of
HIV status of the patient without his consent by a family member or a third
party is illegal because is a revelation of the privacy of the patient.
Before going

In case of minor
illness, the minor's consent is required, as well as the parents.
However, when
treatment decided by the physician is required to save the patient, parental

The employer is
not required to have health questionnaire about the patient or the disease or
diagnosis of the patient. Similarly, the patient is not required to disclose
their status to their employer.
The patient is
