bladder cancer

Cancer whose frequency increases who is more in smokers.
At present, the relationship between smoking and bladder cancer is shown.
SYMPTOMS
This can be a HEMATURIA (urine is bloody - qv) which opens the scene, but often no sign is obvious and it is the systematic search for small microscopic bleeding that will alarm.
The systematic search for these microscopic hematuria should be exercised in men over age 60, especially if they are smokers (this research is easy, it is by dipping a special strip in the urine).
The frequency of bladder cancer increases in women smokers in particular.
When searching for that microscopic hematuria is positive, cystoscopy will prevail (the endoscopic research) to find the cause of the blood in the urine.
TREATMENT
It will in general surgery.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
LOSS OF BLOOD IN URINE MUST SEE QUICKLY.
- AFTER 60 YEARS, THE SEARCH (STRIP BY REACTIVE) LOSS OF MICROSCOPIC BLOOD MUST BE EACH YEAR.

- THE BLADDER CANCER INCREASES SIGNIFICANTLY EACH YEAR TO WOMEN WHO SMOKE.
