It is the presence of air in the stomach and intestines may cause belching (roasts) and hocquet.

Beans, peas, lentils, eggplant, cabbage, asparagus.
Peaches, cherries, plums, pears, apples, grapes, melon, figs, honey, chocolate, nuts, nougat.
Sweet and soft drinks, cola, lemonade, fruit juice concentrates.
Some sauces: ketchup, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce.

They are therefore to be avoided.
