The cold could be deadlier than the
heat wave, according to the findings of a report produced as part of a
collaboration between the Institute of Health Surveillance (VS), France Weather
and Climate Laboratory and the Faculty of Health Medicine Dijon which includes
Jean-Pierre Besancenot, the author of a report ignored the dramatic
consequences of heat waves.
