What are good portions for a family meal?

The NFHP, National Nutrition and Health Plan, a tendency to define standards portions and put people in boxes. But there is no good or bad portions. The portions that must consume are those that our body needs.
Since our birth there in our brain, a directory that defines exactly the macro-and micro-nutrients in each food. So the brain knows how to direct us to the right foods. To define the portions that will be able to provide for the week, we must be attentive to the behavior of the whole family. Every individual has unique needs because everyone's metabolism is very different. At the same age, a child can eat very little and have a normal BMI, or it may instead have greater needs. So we can not define clearly defined for each age portions.
