Do not take breakfast, is it bad?

Manon Brodeo, Dietitian-Nutritionist
It depends on whether the person is hungry or not breakfast time. If she's hungry and she denies to this breakfast for lack of time ... etc., hunger may become more intense. But when you have a great hunger, it's hard to stop when you are full and in these cases, you can eat beyond our needs. By cons, if the person is not hungry at breakfast time, it may well wait until the morning to see if the hunger appears in this case and take a snack, or go directly to lunch.

Is it true that you eat a lot in the morning and not at night?
It is still very idea conveyed, but there are no rules of distribution of energy taken on the day. What matters is the balance between the needs of our body (hunger and get to stop at the time of fullness) and expenditure of the body. But there are no rules that would have to eat a big breakfast, medium to very little lunch and dinner. It may well take a dinner to 2,000 kilocalories, if that's all we ate on the day, it is not going to gain weight for an individual with average intakes.

How to eat five fruits and vegetables per day?
Consumption of fruits and vegetables is important in the sense that it provides fiber, minerals and vitamins. This is very important from the point of view of health, but there is nothing that compels us to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. The balance does not happen in a day but on several days over the week. We are absolutely not have to eat as much fruit and vegetables a day.
