What is the weight balance?
,
Manon Brodeo, Dietitian-Nutritionist
The balance weight is the weight reached when an individual meets its energy needs, that is to say when he eats when he's hungry and he happens to stop when it no longer hungry. There is no BMI (Body Mass Index) defining a weight balance, it is unique to each individual. Some people tend to have a naturally low BMI, others higher, it is the weight balance. But we can not say that a French or French has reached its equilibrium weight at a given BMI. Also referred to as BMI standard, which is the average BMI of French and has nothing to do with weight balance.
What to do to stabilize its weight?
The weight is stable when it always brings the same amount of energy. When you share a system of diet, we tend to imagine that we will reduce our energy intake to reduce the weight and, at some point, we can stabilize consuming the same as before the diet . But this is completely wrong! To keep the weight reached, we must keep the same amount of energy input.
