Lifestyle and dietary rules in case of upset stomach

Respect simple lifestyle and dietary rules (wearing loose clothing, ...) may limit the occurrence of an upset stomach.

Avoid lying down or leaning forward just after meals to prevent reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus position: Wait 2-3 hours after the meal before bedtime.

Take small snacks between meals to avoid hunger pangs too long (eg 10 o'clock and 16 o'clock in the afternoon), but also in order to reduce the amount of lunch and dinner.

Ensure food taken at regular times: above all, never neglect breakfast (to devote at least 15 minutes).

Drink water: 1 liter and spread half of water a day minimum.

Take time to eat slowly, sit and chew food before swallowing.

Wear comfortable clothes, avoid tight fitting belts.

Ability to manage stress: entertainment, entertainment, know how to relax, play sports ...

Limit its weight.

Aspirin (and its derivatives) and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen) are strongly discouraged.
