Cellulite, what is it?


Cellulite creates a great aesthetic problem in women. The neck, stomach, back of thighs, buttocks remain places of the most frequent location. What are we talking about exactly? How to dispose of the body ... So many questions are often difficult to answer.

- Lack of exercise

Some factors are rather aggravating because indirectly affect the mechanism of appearance of cellulite such as smoking and certain medications (antihistamines and corticosteroids). Although obesity is no intervening in the mechanism of formation of cellulite, the appearance of orange peel remains more visible in overweight women.

When genetic factors are involved, prevention is often futile. It is best to ensure a healthy and balanced diet with physical exercise regularly.
